Some stuff I would like you to read:
colophon - This is how I built this site that you are currently viewing. It's built using pick basic and I've built out the server, the markdown rendered and my own templating language.
promise - This is a promise to run this site with BASIC for ten years. I had originally thought this was going to be an easy promise but it is proving to be difficult. When I learn other frameworks or want to go indepth with something, I usually want to try it out on a real project. Porting my blog would prove a valuable learning exercise. I'm not sure if I'll keep this promise.
